Pricing
Every tool. Every user. Nothing held back for a tier you'd have to buy your way into.
Everything means everything
There is no second column. QuickBooks sync and the JHA Safety Gate used to be paid add-ons here; they aren't any more. Charging monthly rent for something that costs us nothing to leave switched on is the exact behaviour this whole page argues against.
A solo operator with forty customers and a four-vertical shop with a two-hundred-line price book, a safety library and eleven years of history in another platform are not the same job. Quoting them the same is either overcharging one or losing money on the other.
So the floor is $500, and the real number is quoted flat after the discovery call — once we've seen what's actually involved. You get it in writing before anything starts, and it doesn't move afterwards.
What setup covers
Start with what's already true: every module in the list above ships in the product, and none of this section is required to run your shop on it. This is for the exception. A report that matches how you think about the work. A field nobody else would want. A form your county inspector asks for. A workflow that fits the way your shop has always done it. On a shared platform these are feature requests that join a queue. Here they're a conversation — and a separate, optional line item.
Every one is quoted flat and up front — you see the number and agree to it before anything starts. No hourly meter, no surprise invoice, and no charge for talking it through to work out whether it's worth building at all. Sometimes the answer is that the software already does it a different way, and that conversation is free.
Once it's built, it's part of your instance. It doesn't become a paid add-on later, and it doesn't raise your monthly.
Say you're on ServiceTitan with thirty technicians, a hundred and fifty thousand customers and thirty years of history. You're paying real money — and a serious part of what you're paying for is a shared database and a bill that grows every time you hire somebody.
Here's the honest version: the monthly isn't your question. The migration is.
Thirty years of history doesn't move itself. A several-hundred-line price book across four verticals is weeks of work, not an import. Roles for thirty people, a safety library, the reports your controller actually reads, the month-end routine you've built around your current system — that's a project, and it gets quoted as one. Flat, up front, in writing, before anything starts. It is not a small number and we're not going to pretend it is.
What doesn't change is the $149. Hosting your instance costs us close to what hosting anyone's does, and support is support. We're not going to invent a larger monthly because your logo is bigger — that's the same move as charging per seat, wearing a nicer suit.
Two things that can scale — neither of them your crew
If a low monthly reads as a red flag, look at what it's low against. It's low against renting you access to your own customer list. That's the whole difference, and it's the reason the number is what it is.
And the part a big shop should actually press us on. We're a small operation. That's an advantage on the parts that matter here — your own instance, your own database, and a programmer who answers instead of a queue — and it's a genuine question mark on scale and 24/7 coverage. Ask us hard about it on the call, look at the continuity plan before you sign anything, and hold the buy-out in §07 in reserve. We'd rather lose the deal on an honest answer than win it on a vague one.
Third parties you pay directly
Card and ACH processing. Stripe's fees are Stripe's, charged to you at their rates. We don't mark them up and we don't take a cut of your revenue.
QuickBooks Online. The sync is included; an Intuit subscription is between you and Intuit.
Your domain. Roughly $12 a year from a registrar, in your name, not ours.
And to be straight about it
Road-accurate mileage routing needs a mapping key. Without one, trips fall back to straight-line distance — an honest underestimate, and labelled as such on every trip. If you want road-accurate numbers we'll wire up a provider during setup.
We're a small shop. Support is us, in Tampa, in business hours, and genuinely fast — but there's no 24/7 desk, and pretending otherwise would be the first lie on this page.

† HouseCall Pro figures are their own published rates, verified 2026: MAX at $299/mo including 8 users, $35 per additional user, price book as a paid add-on.
‡ ServiceTitan does not publish pricing; $500+ is the widely reported floor. Jobber publishes a base price but not its per-seat cost. We won't invent numbers a vendor hasn't published — the blanks above are blanks on purpose.
Your data is unconditionally yours and always exportable — that part needs no negotiation and costs nothing. The source code is a different question, and the answer is that a full buy-out is available, quoted on request. It's priced as a serious purchase rather than a product line, because handing over the code means handing over the thing we make a living from.
Running independently afterwards, a support retainer is available, quoted on request against how much of us you want on call. That only applies to a shop running its own copy; while we host you, support is already part of the $149.
The point of saying this out loud is that you're never held by not having an option. See the continuity plan for what happens to your shop if we're not here at all.
Thirty minutes, free, no commitment. We look at what you're running now, what you'd want moved over, and how much price book there is to build — and you leave with the setup quote in writing and the monthly already known.
